Mission
I strive to make a positive contribution to the educational lives of individuals and families. As a dedicated and committed professional, I provide educational coaching based on self-understanding and compassionate communication. The values underlying all interactions with my clients are respect and honor for each person's individuality, strengths, talents, and passions.
Vision
I envision the creation of a larger community, either online or on the ground comprising of professionals from diverse backgrounds whose missions and philosophies align or are compatible with the LearningSuccess coaching principles. If you are a physician, psychologist, educator, or therapist, and you share a similar vision, you are most welcome to contact me.

1. Encourage everyone to get on the student’s team. Along with the student, both parents and teacher whenever possible, should be part of the team by agreeing to follow the C.A.R.E.S.TM principles:
Celebrate each student’s uniqueness!
Accept role as a coach!
Respond rather than react!
Expand views of how and where learning takes place!
Stop applying bell-curve definitions of intelligence to
children and adults!
2. Encourage everyone to identify his/her own learning styles. Not only should a child discover how he/she learns best, but so should parents and teachers. This is done by looking at each person’s talents, interests, environment, modality, and dispositions. When the learning style of all team members are revealed, understanding and communication increases. Understanding how someone approaches learning opens up the door to deeper conversation and creative solutions.
3. Encourage everyone, the child, student, parent, or teacher, to “Coach for Success” and to remember the most important role of a coach is to stay F.I.T.T.T.TM:
Focus on solutions!
Identify the child’s goals!
Take the pressure off when needed!
Track successes rather than failures!
Teach to the child’s learning style!
